My BMI is 20 and I am 94 kilos but could shed 5 or so. Just need to be more regular in the gym. A partner is a great way to not flake on going to the gym. Ask me, I flake and have no partner!

Summer Weight Loss - Join me! - We can do it! - Operation Keychain is on!
by UnConfused inok folks - here is the deal, i gained my weight back (and some more) after i got my taste buds back from last summer's cancer o' fun.. i'm calling this operation key chain because weight watcher's gives away a key chain if you lose 10% in 11 weeks.. i'm now 172 lbs - 26.9 body index.
i want to lose 12 lbs by july 1st.. who wants to join me?

It is a way to force them to be ghetto. What is wrong with a lack person dressing in clothes that fit and speaking properly?? What is wrong with a hispanic person to not dress gangster and not wear clothes that are too large or be a raider nation cholo? The only people that feel threatened are the lower classes that want to keep others down. The US is one country where the blacks and hispanics dress different than the general population, also they are separated by educatino as to how they dress. In Colombia, Cuba, Mexico, Spain, Venezuela, Peru and other places I´ve been you´d be hard pressed to tell one social group from the rest by how they dress. In the US one must wear baggy clothes and dress like a gangster or they are selling out to whitey. That is crap. If you dress gangster than you are a loser and if you get shot by accident by gang bangers then its your fault. Play with fire and get burned. I wear clothes that fit in both countires of residence. I am educated and don´t support the ghetto subcluture or gangster way. My friends don´t either. Many people of colour act white which means act normal and don´t dress to attract attention to themselves and say, hey, I´m a delinquent thug.

Low carb...............high protein diet
by vitty inok so now im more confused than ever.................... i have found out information that says you should eat 1gram of protein to every lb you weigh...............ok i can do that , i thought.
4oz--100gram chicken breast, thats not a lot, but that is not how its calculated .
100 grams of chicken is only 14 g protein.. so if i ate only chicken for a day say 10oz--300 gram................= 1,120 calories ( my limit ) its only 42 grams of protein.. can anyone explain it, have i got it wrong .

Exercise is the key as well as sticking to your diet. I´ve found that a workout buddy helps to keep you from flaking out at the gym as well as a regular set schedule. As we get older our systems slow down and some need to do more cardio. Women should do some weights, not to build muscle but to have a nice tone look and it also burns fat. A good cardio schedule is to get your heart rate up to 200 minus your age for at least 20 minutes 3 times a week. I hate cardio that is boring and if you do as well, try kickboxing or playing basketball or something else where you won´t care your heart is pounding!

I was in the chow line at the dorm and ripped a very beefy, moist silent killer but as it was silent, I stood still in hopes that nobody would know it was me. Then a girl in back of me said, what's that smell? i thought i was caught until she said it smells like they are serving up beef for dinner and she may want to try it. I bit my tongue so hard it almost bled.

The Mexicans are the hardest working latins of the world but also there are many crazies. I probably spoke too candidly. The truth is the truth, no doubt about it. Contrary to popular belief not all Mexicans want to go to the US. The WORLD´s 3rd richest man is Mexican. There is much wealth there but there isn´t an even distribution. I think the americans that have moved to Mexico and the Mexicans that have moved to the US are not necessarily representative of the population in their mother country. That seems to be an accurate statement. If you guys saw me, you´d be shocked, besides that I speak the truth that I can blend into a number of nationalities. pease paz pax chao

Well, of course we send north all the losers. Wouldn´t you like to rid yourselves of all the crack whores and katrina victims???? Most of the Mexicans the US sees are the dregs of our society! You have to look at how the world sees the US. I´ve lived in the US, british colonies and Mexico so I have a sort of global view on things.

Ever gotten to the point you don't want to date then....
by 5go ini wanted to get married mainly for you know what finally after all the crap that happened in my early tweenties i gave up.
now a lady is bugging me to date her i want to but, i am so screwed up right now from all the other girls i tried to persuit, and she has kids to boot which i am basicaly afraid of.
not because they are bad mainly because of my past and the fact i am a not sure of myself as a mature adult.
